We keep this short and honest. Althora collects the least it needs to work, and never sells your information.
Your account email, and the content you add to your Spaces - plans, notes and entries. Nothing more.
To save your work and sync it across your devices. That is the only purpose. We do this to provide the service you signed up for - under GDPR, this is to perform our contract with you. When you choose to sign in with Google, we rely on your consent for that connection.
You can sign in with an email and password, or with Google. From Google, we receive only your name and email address.
Your data is stored on secure, reputable infrastructure, and protected in transit and at rest. We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the service:
Your account and content are stored within the European Union. Some of our providers - such as Cloudflare, Google and Resend - are based in the United States, so limited data may be processed there. When that happens, it is protected by appropriate safeguards under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your content within 60 days, unless we are legally required to keep something for longer.
Under EU law (GDPR) you can, at any time: access your data, correct it, export it, delete it, and ask us to restrict or object to how we use it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it. Ask us and we will help - simply, and without friction.
You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados · cnpd.pt).
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make the site work. No advertising cookies, no tracking.
Purchases are made through Etsy, which processes your order under its own privacy policy. We never receive your payment details.
No selling data. No advertising trackers. No dark patterns.
