Using Althora
Althora is licensed for your personal use. Please don't resell, redistribute or share the Spaces you purchase.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Purchases
Spaces are sold through our shop on Etsy, and your purchase there is handled under Etsy's own terms. We don't sell anything directly through this site. If we introduce an optional subscription (Althora Plus) in the future, you'll be able to cancel it at any time, and we'll update these terms before it goes live.
Acceptable use
Use Althora lawfully, and please don't attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse the service.
Suspending accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used unlawfully. Where we can, we'll let you know first.
The service
Althora is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it dependable, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Althora is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under EU law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; when we do, we'll change the date above. These terms are governed by Portuguese and applicable European Union law.
